CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Customers visiting the Walmart Supercenter on Fort Campbell Boulevard last night may have been surprised to find the store’s parking lot converted into a drive-in movie theater. The event was part of a nationwide tour meant to bring a fun, safe and contact-free experience to Walmart customers.

The Walmart Drive-in is a free event, but customers need to register online to secure their spot, and tickets sell out quickly. Last night, customers were treated to a showing of “Spider-Man: Into The Spiderverse.” Snacks and drinks were provided prior to the movie.

The Walmart Drive-in will be open once again tonight for a showing of “Pokemon Detective Pikachu,” but the event is already sold out.
