Dr. Walter Clay Gray III, 74, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015, at Gateway Medical Center.

Walter was born on December 31, 1940, in Clarksville, TN to the late Walter Clay Gray, Jr. and Marie Foust Gray.

No services are planned.

Walter worked at the Department of Corrections for the State of Pennsylvania. He also had a private practice as a psychologist.

Walter is survived by his son, Walter Clay Gray, IV of Los Angeles, CA.
