CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Fright on Franklin, the City’s annual Halloween festival will take place on Saturday, Oct. 25, but downtown businesses are gearing up now by decorating their storefronts.
The public is invited to view these displays from now until the event on Oct. 25. Participating businesses will have posters in their front window with directions for voting. Votes will be tallied through Twitter using the hashtag #FrightonFranklin, followed by a tag of the applicable business name. The business receiving the most votes will be announced at Fright on Franklin and awarded a Halloween goodie basket.
