CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Contractors for the City will begin work this week to put pavement markings for parking spaces in the downtown area along 3rd Street, Franklin Street, Main Street and Commerce Street.
The work is scheduled to begin around 5 p.m. on Monday, May 4 and will continue in the evenings after 7 p.m. over the next several days. The contractors will place flyers on cars as necessary to remind them of the need to keep the area clear.
Please make every effort to avoid late night and overnight parking in these areas so that the work can be completed as quickly as possible.
