Dorothy Nell Biggar, age 91, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022, at her residence.

Dorothy was born November 12, 1930, in Guthrie, KY, to the late James Overton Boyer and Ida Mae Murphy Boyer.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ted Henry Biggar; one son, Joe Neal Biggar; ten siblings, James Thomas “Bubba”, Grace Elizabeth, Russel Eugene, Annie Ruth, Charles Philip, Malcolm Emmitt, Shirley Iris, Billie Corine, Wanda Faye, and one deceased at birth; and infant granddaughter, Lindsey Biggar.

She is survived by one son, Teddy (Belinda) Biggar; two daughters, Janet (Richard) Whipple and Jennifer Weatherholtz; sister, Alice Juanita; ten grandchildren, Horace (Amber) Heggie, Heather Saunders, Christie (Kevin) Kerley, Amy (Justin) Wooden, Brandy Biggar, Jessica (Greg) Orlando, Bates Biggar, Allison Austin, Skye (Jena) Biggar, and Brandon Weatherholtz; and 13 great-grandchildren, Kate Heggie, Izzy Heggie, Lakais Orlando, Naomi Orlando, Megan Summers, Jenna Kerley, Levi Biggar, Ava Biggar, Kenley Biggar, Colt Austin, Sutton Austin, McKinley Wooden, and Macy Wooden.

Mrs. Biggar was a member of Gracey Avenue Baptist Church and later Mt. Herman Baptist Church. She was a beautician for nearly 30 years. Dorothy loved cooking, gardening, camping at Piney, and spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Visitation will be Monday, May 23, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at Highland Cemetery, in Guthrie, KY.
