Doris Grupka, age 66 of Waverly, Tenn., was called home to be with the Lord on August 9, 2021.
She was born May 31, 1955, the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Grupka. Doris had a kind and loving heart and will be missed my many dear friends and beloved family.
Doris lived at the James Developmental Center in the Murphree Group Home in Waverly, where she made many lifelong friends and will be dearly missed by friends and staff members there.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Grupka, Jr. Doris is survived by her loving sister, Rose Mary Woodley of Cape Coral, Fla.
A graveside service will be held at the Austin Cemetery in Indian Mound, Tenn. on Aug. 12 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Joseph officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
