Donna Lewis, age 74 of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at her residence.
She entered this life on April 18, 1947 in Oklahoma City, Okla. to the late Herald and Jerri Bailey. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by many.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Ginette Thompson and brother, Houston Bailey. Survivors include her husband, Billy Lewis; sons, Jay (Shannon) Thompson and Bailey (Linda) Thompson; brother, Jerry Bailey and grandchildren, Bailey Thompson, Austin (Katey) Thompson and Emily Thompson. Donna also leaves behind one great-grandchild, Wesley Thompson.
