Donna Jean Rider, age 70, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016, at Centennial Medical Center, in Nashville.
Donna was born February 2, 1946, in Montgomery County, TN, to the late Marvin Byard and Nannie Smith Byard. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Don Richard Rider; brother, Carlis Byard; and three sisters, Peggy, Shirley, and Mary.
Mrs. Rider was a loving mother, who had a love for quilting.
Memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 10, at 1:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 10, from 11:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Donna is survived by two daughters, Dana Rider of Clarksville and Kimberlee Haworth of Oklahoma City, OK; four brothers, James Byard and Tommy Byard, both of Cumberland Furnace, TN, Danny Byard of Clarksville, and Bobby Byard of Dickson, TN; four granddaughters, Ranza, Sadera, Theresa, and Kayla; and three great grandchildren, Brighton, Rider, and Eva.
