Donna Profitt Abrams, beloved mother, and grandmother, passed away at home on September 26, 2024, in Palmyra, Tennessee, United States. She was born on November 12, 1959 in Welch West Virginia, to Preston Profitt and Elaine LeMay.
Donna is survived by her children: Chad Abrams and his spouse Hanna and LeAnne Grammo and her spouse Michael. She also leaves behind seven cherished grandchildren Shyanne and Cameron Chafin, Tyler and Preston Grammo and Annabell, Raylan and Sonny Abrams. Her brother Stephen Profitt (Reba), her sister Shawn Profitt. Her aunt Jean McClure (Bill), six nieces and nephews that will miss their Aunt Don Don and many cherished cousins.
Donna was proceeded in death by her daughter Shauna Chafin, her father Preston Profitt, her stepmom Patricia Profitt, and her mother Elaine LeMay. Also her grandparents Clarence and Mary Profitt, Aunt Patricia Murphy and Uncle Donald LeMay.
Donna had a passion for spending time with her grandchildren and was rarely seen without at least grandchild in tow. She loved collecting sea shells during her visits to the beach. Spending time in her garden. She often enjoyed telling stories of when she did accounting and nursing. She will be remembered for her strength, strong will, kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
