CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Operation Christmas Child, the world’s largest Christmas project of its kind, is collecting donations locally to send to children in need around the world.
The project collects and donates shoe boxes filled with school supplies, hygiene items, fun toys, and notes of encouragement.
Those who wish to donate can drop off items at Clarksville Cumberland Presbyterian, 1410 Golf Club Lane.
Last year organizers collected over 14,000 shoe boxes. Donations will be accepted through Monday, Nov. 21.
