Donald Ray Terrell, age 84 of Cunningham, Tenn. passed away on May 29, 2021.
He was born on February 14, 1937 in Woodlawn, Tenn. to Angus and Earlene Wooten Terrell. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a retired pipefitter foreman with civil services.
Terrell was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where he served as an elder. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, going to yard sales and gardening.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son-in-law, John Melton. Donald is survived by his wife of 58 years, Anne Wall Terrell; children: Donald (Jennifer) Terrell, Audra Melton and Jana Terrell; grandchildren: Carli (Chris) Horstman, Alanna (Steven) Biggs, Garrett Melton, Jada Terrell and Austin Terrell; great-grandchildren, Cain and Khloe; siblings: Randall Terrell, Pamela (Terry) Schwartz, Richard D’Errico and many more loving family members.
A celebration of life service will be Friday, June 4, 2021 at 3 p.m. at Sykes Funeral Home. Rev. Roger Weatherford and Rev. Shane Givens will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
