Donald Lee Gleckler, age 84 of Clarksville, passed away Monday, July 5, 2021 at his residence.
He was born July 27, 1936, in Columbiana, Ohio to the late Melville Seth Gleckler and Marie Gustafson Gleckler. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and one grandson, Donny Everett.
Gleckler retired from the US Army after 20 years of service. He then worked for the US Postal Service for 19 years.
Donald is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary “Elaine” Gleckler; two sons, James (Jill) Gleckler and David (Tammy) Gleckler; daughter, Susan (Teddy) Everett and five grandchildren, James “JP” Gleckler, Morgan Gleckler, Raegan Gleckler, Chelsea (Chris) Collins and Preston Loomis.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Sango Cemetery.
