Donald Allen Groves, age 81 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Ahava Healthcare.
He entered this life on October 19, 1939 in Dickson County, Tenn. to the late Jessie and Mattie Groves. He was a member of Hamble Hill Church of Christ, worked at Tennova Healthcare for 17 years and was a contractor for over 45 years.
Survivors include his children: Greg Groves, Jeff Groves and Judy Groves; sister, Inez Swaw, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 1 p.m. at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Louie Montoya officiating. Burial will follow at Ryes Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends Friday from 4-7 p.m. and again Saturday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
