Dixie Yvonne Renfroe, age 83, of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Tennova Healthcare.
Dixie was born May 25, 1938, in Conway, AR, to the late John McClure Johnson and Lillie R. Connrey Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Curtis R. Renfroe; two brothers, Rex Johnson and Narl Johnson; and two sisters, Gloria Hope Gibson and Reba J. Smith.
She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer (Steve) Edwards and Laurita (Greg) Gibson; three grandchildren, Clay (Ginger) Collett, Danny (Devin) Collett, and Clifton (Anna) Gibson; and four great grandchildren, Codi Collett, Cara Collett, Clark Collett, and Jimma Collett.
Mrs. Renfroe was a retired CNA. She was a member of New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church and loved to do needle point.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church @10 AM, in Holladay, TN. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
