DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man in Dickson County was charged with allegedly using his phone to take photographs up a woman’s skirt while she was grocery shopping with her daughter.
Dickson police said surveillance video at the Kroger on Henslee Drive showed 50-year-old Scott Brown kneeling down behind the woman and holding his phone under her skirt on Friday.
The woman was shopping with her 4-year-old daughter at the time.
Brown then went to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy, where police later obtained a subpoena for transaction records and identified Brown as the suspect.
Police contacted Brown, who turned himself in, and detectives are waiting on a forensic examination of his phone’s contents.
Brown was booked into the Dickson County jail and released on a $1,000 bond.
Officers are working to see if there are any additional victims at the store.
