CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Clarksville man has been charged with bringing contraband into a penal institution after a glass pipe was found on his person during booking.
According to an arrest warrant, 26-year-old Johny Nunn was arrested Feb. 6 for shoplifting and criminal trespass at Wal-Mart on Fort Campbell Blvd. Nunn told the arresting officer he was not in possession of any drugs, paraphernalia, or weapons.
He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. When deputies searched him they found a glass drug pipe inside his rectum.
Nunn was charged with bringing contraband into a penal institution and his bond was set at $25,000.
