Debbie Faith Smith, 69, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Monday, July 10, 2023, at her home with her loving husband by her side. She was born March 23, 1954, in Tavares, FL to Jack Ives.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Michael Smith; children, Shawn Gustafson and Craig Gustafson; three grandchildren; and brothers, Robert Ives and Jack Ives.
