NASHVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – In order to assist the offender population of Nashville, the Probation and Parole office on Pavillion Boulevard will hold a career fair on Tuesday, August 6 from 8:30-noon.
Employers will be present to help individuals with criminal records bridge the gap and find gainful employment.
Representatives from post-secondary education institutions will be on hand as well to assist formerly incarcerated individuals interested in higher education to find funding.
Offenders currently serving on probation are encouraged to attend the event.
The job fair will be held at the TDOC Probation and Parole Office at 212 Pavillion Blvd, Nashville, Tenn 37217.
