SSG (Ret.) David Lee Mattingly, age 84, of Clarksville, TN, passed away with his loving wife by his side on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at his residence.
David was born on January 18, 1940, in Denver, CO. to David H. Mattingly and Fanchon E. Daley.
David is survived by his wife of 24 years, Shirley Sue Mattingly; two stepdaughters, Rebecca (Jeremy) McBryar and Joan (Tim) Hanley; two step grandchildren, Michael Clayton Hill and Elizabeth Elaine McBryar.
A graveside service with full military honors will take place on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West at 1:00 pm.
