CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The family of Tyler Head announces the fourth annual Tyler Jackson Head Memorial 5K Fun Run and Walk on Saturday February 6, 2016, 9 a.m. at Travis Price Park in Springfield.

This is a fun run to honor the memory of Tyler J. Head who was killed Feb, 3, 2012 driving to class at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville. Tyler lived for the last 7 years of his young life with a diagnosis of Colitis that was later changed to Crohn’s disease.

Finding a cure for Crohn’s & Colitis and attaining a degree in Agriculture from APSU were very important to Tyler and to his family and friends. They want to continue to honor the memory of Tyler by contributing to these two worthwhile causes. Please consider participating in this untimed 5K on February 2nd.

Entry fee only $15.00 per runner/walker to benefit the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America and the Tyler J. Head APSU scholarship fund for Agriculture students. Make checks payable to Gina L. Head-Hieber.
