Burial followed in the KY Veterans Cemetery West. The family received friends from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Monday, May 05, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home .
Mr. Hay passed away on Thursday, Apr 24, 2014. He was born on August 30, 1969 in Greenville, SC to Ira Hay and Patricia Hay.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his Wife, Karen Reynolds Hay; Son, Taylor William Hay; Brothers, Ira Hay Jr; Brother, Brian Hay; Sister, Lydia Starnes; Sister; Jennifer Helton.
