Darlene Theresa Dunbar, age 72 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at her residence.
She was born on May 11, 1946 in Ohio. She was the daughter of Robert and Flora Curtis. She was a member of His Church. She volunteered her time baking and fundraising for organizations such as the USO- Ft. Campbell, S.A.F.E, The Warrior Transition Battalion, Vanderbilt Children’s Cancer Research, and providing care packages to soldiers overseas.
In addition to her parents, Darlene is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Robert Earl Dunbar and siblings; Wayne and Carol. She is survived by her children; Christine Dunbar-Greenwood (Michael), Randy Harris, Tonya Dunbar-Wacker(Richard), Amber Dunbar, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ethan Jostad Foundation for Childhood Cancer or The USO- Ft. Campbell.
