Danny Keith Trotter, age 74, of Portland, TN passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
Celebration of Life will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2022, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Slayden Baptist Church Cemetery.
Danny entered this life on April 20, 1948, in Dickson, TN to the late Thomas and Naomi Underwood Trotter. He served as a Foreman for the Lineman division of CEMC. Danny was a member of Halltown Baptist Church and a member of the Portland, TN Quarterback Club.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Michael Keith Trotter; and grandchildren, Joshua and Jonathan “”Chubber” Alexander.
Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Linda Bowers Trotter; son, Shane (Kaitlyn) Trotter; daughter, Debra (Terry) Trotter Bowman; grandson, Michael Alexander, and nine great-grandchildren.
