CLARKSVILLE, TN − Experience the musical magic of the ’60s and ’70s on Saturday, June 14, as the Customs House Museum & Cultural Center presents Rockin’ Clarksville: Local Music Legends of the ’60s and ’70s. This year’s annual Jammin’ in June fundraiser features two concerts, showcasing over 25 local music legends who helped shape Clarksville’s vibrant music scene.
Five incredible bands will take the stage in the Turner Auditorium to perform top 40 hits from the golden era of rock, promising an unforgettable night of nostalgia, community, and classic tunes.
“Rockin’ Clarksville is more than just a concert,” said Museum Director Frank Lott. “It’s a celebration of talented local musicians and the rich musical heritage that defined an era. These featured musicians shaped our community’s culture during those two important decades. The Museum is so grateful to these local legends who are donating their time and talent to raise funds for the Museum. This will be an unforgettable opportunity to once again connect with and celebrate their incredible talent right here in Clarksville. The music lives on!”
The Matinee Concert runs from 2-4:30 p.m., with tickets priced at $35 each. The Evening Concert & Reception begins with a pre-show reception from 6-7 p.m. in the Museum Lobby, featuring light bites and beverages. The concert follows at 7 p.m., with tickets available for $50 each, which includes both the reception and evening concert.
