CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Clarksville Transit System (CTS) celebrated its 30th anniversary Friday by throwing a party at the Clarksville Transit Center on Legion St. There was food, drinks, birthday cake, door prizes and free rides all day long for transit system riders.
CTS Director Arthur Bing talked about the celebration. “Today we are showing appreciation to our passengers that ride with us and also our bus operators. We have some of the best bus operators in the state, so it’s good to have a day where we can celebrate them and celebrate CTS’s 30th anniversary,” said Bing.
