CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Crow Community Center will host the first-ever Kenpo-Kobujitsu Seminar and group black belt examination Friday, September 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, September 20 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
This weekend event is for teens and adults at least 16-years-old and will be free of charge.
The weekend will start with a group black belt test on Friday and will continue on Saturday with demonstrations and seminars on Okinawan karate. Other topics that will be covered in Saturday’s seminar will be empty hand forms, traditional weapon forms, and their meanings and significance. A traditional martial arts uniform is encouraged but not mandatory. No martial arts experience is required.
The Crow Community Center is located at 211 Richview Road.
