Contributed commentary from Montgomery County Commissioner Jason Knight endorsing Joshua Wikholm for City Council.
I have known Josh for many years, he is one of my closest friends and advisors. I have gone to him for counsel on everything from policy to campaign strategy. He is incredibly policy-oriented; he is also a close family friend.
Josh is much more than that, he has an enormous heart and is a fighter. He will advocate for what is right even when it is not popular, or there is significant pressure to do the opposite. He will only answer to what he feels is right for the community and those around him. He has spent his time outside of the Army dedicated to the community, advocating for better access to behavioral health and better treatment for pets. He is passionate, dedicated and undeterred when encountering obstacles.
Even more than this, Josh has a plan and a platform for Clarksville. He built his platform by canvassing neighborhoods. This is why I fully and proudly endorse Josh Wikholm for City Council in Ward 3.
