CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- The following will be closed on Monday, February 17, in observance of Presidents’ Day.
- The Montgomery County government offices
- The City of Clarksville government offices
- The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System will not be in session on Monday, Feb. 17.
All county offices will reopen on Tuesday, February 18 during normal operating hours.
City Public Safety departments will be on duty as usual and all essential city services will continue during the holiday.
Clarksville Transit System will run on its Saturday schedule Monday. Route 900/901 Peay Pickup and Route 1000 to the Industrial Park will not run on Monday. The bus system will return to its normal schedule on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
Clarksville Gas and Water administration and engineering offices, including the north and south customer service centers, also will be closed Monday, Feb 17. In the event of a gas, water or sewer emergency on those days, customers should call (931) 645-7400, or the emergency after-hours line, (931) 645-0116. The Utility Billing Line, (931) 645-7400, automated pay by phone; and WebConnect, online bill payment feature, all will be operational.
CDE Lightband offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 17. In the event of a service outage, customers should call (931) 648-8151. Customers can go online for service and bill paying information.
City of Clarksville offices will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 18 for regularly scheduled hours.
