“The biggest issue for me is the neighborhood and people from across Clarksville who have contacted me and asked me not to support this development,” said Ward 11 Councilwoman Kaye Jones, who hosted a public meeting with developers September 15.

Councilman David Allen made a motion to delay the second reading of the ordinance to give council members more time to consider the project. Council will take up the issue at its next regular meeting in November.
