Food and grocery distribution scheduled for June 26

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The next commodity distribution has been scheduled for June 26 at the Family Life Center at Cumberland Presbyterian Church (1410 Golf Club Lane).

Those in need of items can visit from 8 a.m. to noon (or until the food runs out).

Everyone picking up commodities will need to fill out a new application and be able to provide for all household members proof of their gross monthly income or provide proof of eligibility for Food Stamps, Families First, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Residence in Public Housing, or Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) in order to receive commodities.

Anyone who wishes to pick up commodities for someone else will be required to submit a signed permission slip along with the above mentioned information.

Commodities are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only one distribution per household.
