CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – 5 Star Radio Group and Gary Mathews Motors will promote Combat Hunger Day Saturday, Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Volunteers will be stationed at local grocery stores to ask for donations for Manna Café Ministries. Food items and monetary donations will be accepted to help feed families in the community.

Last year Manna Café received 26,000 pounds of food, and this year’s goal is 50,000.

For every dollar donated, Manna Café can purchase four pounds of food.

Donation locations include:
• Food Lion – Highway 48/13 and Madison St.
• Wal-Mart – Ft. Campbell Blvd., Sango, Wilma Rudolph Blvd.
• Hilltop Market
• Kroger – Dover Crossing, Lowe’s Dr., Madison St.
• GFS
• Dollar General Market
• Sam’s Club
