FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – Soldiers from Company C, 6th Battalion, 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), were welcomed home Sunday, Dec. 6.
The soldiers are from the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade’s aeromedical-evacuation unit, who provide life-saving support to U.S. and coalition troops.
The unit was deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel.
Two more returns are scheduled Tuesday and another on Friday.
