CMCSS Schools will operate on a two-hour delay due to snow forecast

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville-Montgomery County School System will operate on a two-hour delay Tuesday, December 10.

The delay is due to a predicted inclement weather event. The national Weather Service has indicated a high chance of of mixed precipitation beginning around 7 a.m. and lasting until 9 a.m. with temperatures just above freezing throughout the school day.

Should there be a major shift in weather between now and 5 a.m, CMCSS will notify parents with an update via normal channels.

All school-based employees, with the exception of custodians, should also plan to report two hours later than they normally would. All other employees should report at normal times.

PreK will be canceled. Breakfast and lunch will still be served.
