CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library hosted families on Saturday for a special “Dads and Donuts” event to celebrate the important father figures in their lives.
According to a news release sent to Clarksville Now, the event offered a chance to spend quality time together ahead of Father’s Day in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
The event began with a story time that featured books that celebrated dads and the significant roles they play in children’s lives. Following story time, children had the opportunity to create a special keepsake to take home as a reminder of the day.
As no celebration would be complete without a sweet treat, attendees enjoyed complimentary donuts and coffee while connecting and making memories together, said the release.
