Clyde E. Henderson, age 81 of Palmyra, TN, passed away January 22, 2014 at Signature Health Care Erin, TN.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2104 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, with Rev. Betty Merriwether and Mr. Eugene Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens with full Military Honors.
Visitation with the family will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, and from 11 a.m. until hour of service Saturday.
Clyde was born March 7, 1932 in Dayton, TN. He retired from the U.S. Army and was a member of the Palmyra United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty Henderson and brother, Robert Henderson.
Clyde is survived by his son, Mike Riggins of Palmyra, TN; daughters, Julia Hillier (Dennis) Ostmeyer of Greenbrier, TN and Kathy (Phil) Fradiska of Cumberland, MD; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Andrea Stevenson, Eric Hillier, Jason Riggins, Ronnie Riggins, Allison Anderson and Coby Stevenson.
