CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – On April 9, 2016, the Clarksville Association of REALTORS (CAR) will be hosting the Clarksville’s Extreme Open House Challenge.
Participants will visit open houses for a chance to win $5,000. This charity event, benefiting the LEAP Organization, pits 2-person teams against each other in a citywide scavenger hunt as they drive around Clarksville to answer clues and complete challenges. The 1st place team will walk away with a $5,000 cash prize.
Participants need not be runners. Racers will drive their own cars to open houses and local businesses in and around Clarksville. This event is based on strategy, not speed. The tour is designed to be fun and educational, with challenge activities to test skills and wit, not fitness levels.
Tickets will be $100 per team. Each team will receive 2 t-shirts, a goody-bag full of great items from our sponsors, admission to the Kick-Off event and After Party and a map of all of the challenge locations.
Check in for the event will begin that morning at 9:00 AM at the Clarksville Association of REALTORS office on Center Pointe Drive. Teams will then strategize and navigate through actual open houses, local businesses and governmental entities to finally end at the LEAP Organization Headquarters on Wilma Rudolph Blvd.
“We are fortunate to be able to help a great organization like LEAP both with the proceeds of this event and in bringing focus to what they do for the youth of our community. Having F&M Bank Mortgage as our premier sponsor is such an honor. They are undeniably a strong presence in our community and vocal supporters of Clarksville and its future.” says Valerie Dirks, Chair of the Clarksville Association of Realtors Charity Relations Committee.
100% of the proceeds of the Extreme Open House Challenge will go to the LEAP Organization.
