CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville woman has been arrested on child rape charges.
According to an arrest warrant, a witness told police she heard 29-year-old Tara Larae Warner making sexual noises from another room.
When the witness walked into the living room, she observed Warner masturbating with the help of a young child.
The witness removed the children from the residence and called police.
Warner told authorities she did not remember what happened, but did remember taking five shots of vodka while on prescription medication.
She was arrested and charged with child rape. Her bond was set at $100,000.
