CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – One of the suspects in the recent ‘porch pirate’ theft case has been taken into custody.
Clarksville police received a tip April 28 around 8 p.m. about the location of 44-year-old Sharlita Leilani Richardson. She was found in the parking lot of the Walmart at 1680 Fort Campbell Blvd. and was arrested without incident.
Richardson was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and charged with two counts of felony theft, unlawful drug paraphernalia, a felony drug charge, forgery, and identity theft. Her bond was set at $100,000.
The other suspect in the case, Tammy Hicks, is still at large. She and Richardson were both wanted for allegedly stealing boxes from the porch of a Clarksville home.
