CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW.COM) Expect to see more police near Montgomery County schools today for the first full-day of classes.

Clarksville PD says there will be increased enforcement in schools zones where the posted speed-limit is 20 miles an hour.

Speeding in school-zones could result in a charge of reckless driving. That’s a Class-B misdemeanor carrying fines up to $500 and 6 months in jail.
