CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police say what was first investigated as a possible abduction or kidnapping on Friday, turned out to be a domestic situation.
The incident occurred on Friday, Feb. 16, around 2:15 p.m. in the area of Short Street and Sandburg Drive.
Officers were called to the area and a witness showed them a photo and video of what appeared to be a white female being held in a choke hold by what appeared to be a black male. Based on the photo and video, police believed the the female may have been forced into a Black Hyundai Sedan.
