CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Police Department would like to congratulate Shavell Lucas on his recent promotion to the rank of detective.
Detective Lucas began his career with the department back in June of 2017. For the last three years, he served as a patrol officer and was assigned to the District 1 Patrol Division.
On Oct. 24, he was promoted to detective and is currently assigned to District 1 Criminal Investigations.
Recently Chief David Crockarell presented Lucas with his promotional certificate.
