The Spring Fest events offer summer youth programs, camps, JET program sports, dance, art, mentorship, and more for kids and families.
CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department’s Juvenile Engagement Team (J.E.T.) is partnering with the Clarksville Housing Authority on a series of spring break events for kids they are calling Spring Fest 2022.
The first event took place Monday for the Chapel and Market community on Chapel Street with police offering music, games and other fun for kids.

A number of local vendors offered services and to the housing authority residents.
Other Spring Fest events will be held from noon-3 p.m. each weekday at the basketball courts of the housing communities this week and include:
- Wednesday, March 9, at Lincoln Homes.
- Thursday, March 10, at Summit Heights.
- Friday, March 11, at Greenwood.
At the events, sign-ups are available for summer youth programs and camps, APSU Coding, Girl Scouts, J.E.T. sports and more.
“This gives parents and the kids in the community a chance to come out and be with some different organizations and programs that are running specifically for kids to get signed up for different activities and get them more involved in the community,” said Police Sgt. Arthur Bing.
