CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Clarksville Police Department held a swearing-in ceremony to welcome six new police cadets.
Mayor Joe Pitts and Chief David Crockarell each spoke to the cadets before Mayor Joe Pitts conducted the ceremony. These cadets will now begin in-house training for approximately two weeks before they attend the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy for 12 weeks, which is scheduled to begin on March 28.
