CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – On October 28, the Clarksville Police Department hosted a promotion ceremony.
After the opening comments and invocation by Chaplain Modesto Martinez, Chief Al Ansley presented Detective Rodney Lockerman with a Promotion Certificate to the rank of Sergeant.
