Clarksville, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- Clarksville Police has charged a person in connection with the shooting at Summit Heights Apartments on April 24, 2020.
Thomas Howard Givens, 40, has been charged with aggravated assault and felon in possession of a firearm. He is currently being held on a $260,000 bond.
