CLARKSVILLE, Tenn; – (CLARKSVILLENOW) Because of heavy rain and rising waters on the Cumberland River and its tributaries, these City of Clarksville parks and facilities will be closed until further notice: Liberty Park and Freedom Point, Clarksville Marina, Billy Dunlop Park, McGregor Park boat ramp, stages and portions of the Riverwalk and Clarksville Greenway (southern portion extending from Pollard Road toward the water treatment plant)
