CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- A man has been re-indicted in the February term of the Montgomery County Grand jury on allegations that he raped a woman in April 2017.
Ross Manley Svanberg, 25, is charged with one count of aggravated rape, six counts of rape, four counts of aggravated kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault/use of a weapon.
According to the indictment, on April 20, 2017, Svanberg allegedly held a box cutter to a woman’s throat and allegedly sexually violated her without her consent in multiple ways.
Svanberg is also accused of doing the same on April 27, 2017, by confining the woman and holding a box cutter to her throat and raping her.
Svanberg is scheduled to go to court on March 2, 2020.
