CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville man has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on charges related to child rape.
According to court documents, Allen Romero is accused of forcibly raping a victim who was 13 years old at the time of the crimes, which occurred between June 2015 and May 2016.
Romero has been charged with 10 counts of rape and two counts of aggravated sexual battery.
He has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail and his bond was set at $50,000.
