CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville man has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury for sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to the indictment, 30-year-old Joe Moore has been accused of possessing child pornography.

The document says Moore “unlawfully, intentionally, or knowingly did possess more than 50 images, photographs, drawings, videos, or other electronic representations that include a minor engaged in sexual activity or simulated sexual activity.”

The alleged crime occurred between Jan. 1, 2013 and May 21, 2014.

Moore was indicted during the March session. It is unclear when his next court date will be.
