CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Clarksville man has been convicted of raping a 15-year-old.
According to court documents, Josh Danoff was found guilty last week of rape, aggravated statutory rape, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Records show the offenses occurred on or about May 27, 2012, when the victim was 15 years old and “mentally defective, mentally incapacitated, or physically helpless” at the time of the crime.
Danoff is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 4, 2016.
